HOUSE PROFILE: 

FURNITURE = functional but not luxury. Tables, wardrobes etc = improvised from wood + banana boxes. 

COMMUNAL FOOD: Breakfast, lunch, dinner provided = Cheap, basic but tasty :) !! Guests also have own food space so can eat with us or separate. HOUSE = 3 bedrooms / community art studio / all purpose room / music room / garden for barbecues. Ideal for artists / art lovers

CHORES: Some1's gotta do them so we have a rota to make sure it's cleaned, washed and tidy

We run art activities for the public: creative writing, drawing, painting etc - about 4 / 5 participants per class. Opened in May so occasional art activities but will hopefully function well from September. 

Guests r welcome to socialize / join in art activities as much or little as each wants.

NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Pleasant lively daytime / quiet nitetime residential safe neighbourhood. Lots of cafés, Japanese, Chinese, Nepalese, Italian, Portuguese restaurants, takeaways, 5 supermarkets, laundrette + cinema all within 5 minutes walk. 10 minutes metro ride to centre. 

5 minutes walk to the metro / 10 minutes metro to city centre, Also well served with buses including  hourly night bus

RESIDENT PROFILE: 

CHOCA is looking for: artists / art coordinators 
We all help with general house maintenance ( cleaning / washing / tidying etc-  there is a weekly rota ) 

Would u be happy to join the team organising / running 'arts-etc' activities? U can be amateur or pro artist... - think u r the best or terrible or not care about your level ... but u MUST be enthusiastic to encourage people of all levels to do art. If interested plz take 5 mins to complete this ( dont take a long time just the 1st things that come in your head!) :
